IT Senior’s Cebu Trip

// October 15th, 2009 // 6,735 Comments » // Academe, Fun Stuff, Pictures, Videos

Good day!

First of all. I’m going to welcome you all back to the Portal. Since it has been dead for quite sometime, maybe about 3 months? because of that damn iframe injection. To who ever made that injection, I salute you for making a good injection. Well, anyway, that’s that for the bug part. And thanks to Joseph Sator for clearing out the problem, hopefully this will last.

Now, the Cebu trip. I’m not yet going down to details in this post. Its quite a long journey but one thing is for sure, we did have fun except for the part of YMCA boarding house, Barrio Fiesta lunch and the Sun Flower place (only the place and price, but the people there made it quite enjoyable, especially our resident Korean).

Here are some compilations of Pictures and Video from cameras of different seniors.

congratsAs I have promised, I would create a blog post in Class A congratulating Mr. Exander Barrios as the new Council of Deans in Information Technology Education – President.

I know all of you know Mr. Exander Barrios. But for just a very brief recap of the Class A life.

Jopal established the Class A identity.
Brylle made the Class A name.
Mr. Exander Barrios made Class A – a reality.

It was him, the legendary ITE faculty, that hand picked all the students that made it into the Class A group. From selecting students with performance that’s good enough for a first section, which started during the times of Summer in 2007. In later parts of 2nd semester in first year, sir Ex hand picked students he had handled in Programming 2 and Presentation Skills, to be in the section A.

Even without knowing everyone, the students in that section evolved into a group, one team, one goal, one party, Class A. Even though the group had its own share of new members, it will never forget the man that made the Class A – a reality. Once again,

Congratulations Mr. Exander T. Barrios, MIM, MIT; for being the new CDITE president for the whole region.
